  1. Check the bill of materials and make sure you have everything.

  2. Foreman prepares Device Table(s) and hands out to installer electricians to fill in as Lightcloud is installed. A device table is included in the gateway box and can be copied or you can print more from .

  3. Installer places Device ID Sticker (provided by RAB) onto Device Table and writes in what that device is controlling (i.e. "Bathrooms" or "NE Walkway", etc.) as the job goes along. Note: installers do not need to carry plans around and mark installs on plans during this phase. Just fill in this device table. Think about this like filling in the table on an electrical panel of a home.

  4. Installer finishes install, checks connection and dimming on each controller/sensor as he/she goes using button on Controller/Sensor. Test for power and dimming where applicable.

  5. Installer gives Device Table(s) to foreman and foreman transfers information to plans using another set of device stickers provided by RAB.

  6. Foreman takes a clear photo of plans with stickers and the Device Table(s) and e-mails to . Foreman also takes photo of plans showing information such as:

    1. Customer name

    2. Job name

    3. Address

    4. Total number of devices

    5. Contact name

    6. Phone number

    7. E-mail address

  7. After photos of plans have been taken and e-mail sent, call 1-844-LIGHTCLOUD (1-844-544-4825). The contractor is finished with this install.
