Can the power to a Controller use a shared neutral?
Yes. However, the neutral to the load (fixtures) must be a dedicated neutral per circuit. Also, when using power monitoring, you can’t use a load side neutral going to a fixture to power another device like a Controller or Sensor. This would be sharing a neutral and power monitoring will not be accurate.
