For daylighting, Title 24 requires multiple daylighting zones. Can Lightcloud accommodate this?

Yes. You can use multiple Daylight Harvesters to control the light levels across multiple zones or one Daylight to control multiple Zones if the Zones are from the same light source (i. e. the sun providing daylight equally onto a 300' south-facing wall that is divided into 4 offices). Since the daylighting is equal for all 4 spaces, one Lightcloud daylight would be sufficient.
